Bambini Trust is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, organise and coordinate daily restaurant operations
• Ensure high standards of food, service, cleanliness, and overall customer satisfaction
• Manage staff performance, training, and rostering
• Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering
• Maintain records of sales, expenses, and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

About you:
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar managerial role within a busy restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to manage staff and operations effectively
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum.
