Key responsibilities

Accountability for all Front of House and BOH operations with a strong desire to exceed the expectations of our guests. With full responsibility for the financial performance, all aspects of the venue’s P&L and driving the businesses, the Restaurant Manager has a strong commitment to achieve our goals and provide the best in food and service, guest experience and financial profitability.

The Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring our culture shines through. You must hold vital our beliefs in food, service and ambience. Fun is key too! Daily operations lie in the control of the RM, including overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training and development to lead and mentor the team to achieve our goals. Also ensuring the consistent delivery of operational standards to produce a high level of product and service quality. Showing the love to our regulars and local community is key, so it is super important to us that this family spirit and sense of team and community shines though in our RM and within the team and the venue.

Key skills we’re looking for

Relevant experience of managing teams in a similar profile operation
Passionate about team mentoring and the experience they create for guests
Show initiative and drive to constantly improve the business, yourself, and the team
Commercially astute with an ability to drive discipline across all controllable lines
Results orientated and dedicated team player
Strong management and interpersonal skills
Deliver exceptional service standards with outstanding attention to detail
Outstanding knowledge of food, beverage, and all aspects of hospitality
