Restaurant Manager
DOCTORS CREEK INVESTMENTS PTY LTD T/A WHARF RESTAURANT is a long established full service seafood restaurant, located in the regional area of Broome, Western Australia.
We are looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) skilled Restaurant Manager to perform the following duties:
Responsibilities
• Menu planning in collaboration with the head chef
• Managing day to day operation of the business referring to the owner
• Managing budget and cash deck transactions,
• Meeting and coordinating with suppliers and vendors, in alignment with the business' budget and quality standards.
• Ordering stock and goods.
• Ensuring all areas are organized and well presented in according to the health and safety policies and procedures,
• Hiring and training new staff and managing the rosters,
• Managing and addressing customers’ complaints and suggestions.
Requirements
• Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
• At least two years’ relevant work experience
• Good communication skills and hand-on attitude

Position: Full Time (at least 38 hours per week)
Salary: $76,000 – 90,000 per year
