Berkeley River Lodge is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction
• Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and training
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability
• Implement and maintain service procedures and standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to enhance business visibility

About you:
• Minimum of one year of experience in as Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proven experience in budgeting and cost control
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
• High level of personal presentation and professionalism
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
