Located on Hobart's famous Docks, Mures has a passion for sustainable fishing and providing an exceptional Tasmanian“hook to plate” seafood experience. We are a well established, iconic and loved family business operating for over 50 years.
We’re looking for an experienced manager to help us consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Salary $80,000 - $90,000

As a manager in Upper Deck you will:
Lead and develop a high-performing FOH team.
Oversee daily service operations, reservations and guest flow.
Maintain premium service standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage budgets, labour costs, stock control and compliance.
Work closely with the kitchen and events teams to deliver seamless dining and functions.

What you’ll bring:
3–5+ years’ senior FOH/restaurant management experience in premium or high-volume dining.
Strong leadership, people management and financial skills.
Strong understanding of premium guest service standards, reservation systems and POS.
RSA certification (essential); hospitality management qualifications desirable.
Passion for hospitality, local produce and outstanding guest service.
