Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team at an exciting new 120-seat Mediterranean restaurant in Claremont.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working Tuesday to Saturday.
As Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our venue. Working closely with the management team, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Overseeing restaurant operations, including floor management and service quality.
Assisting with staff training, rostering, and performance management.
Contributing to the growth and success of the venue.
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Restaurant Manager role in a similar-sized venue.
A strong understanding of Mediterranean cuisine and fine dining operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
