We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our respected and established restaurant group. As the Restaurant Manager, you will lead and motivate our dedicated staff to create memorable moments for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining impeccable restaurant standards and upholding our commitment to hospitality excellence.

About the Role:

Restaurant Managers here do much more than support their Managers. They also step up and take the lead when needed, and are hands on as part of the team.
This could be a perfect opportunity for an Assistant Manager looking to grow with a group who fosters a healthy work life balance to suit your lifestyle.

Recruiting, training, and supervising staff.

Agreeing and managing budgets.

Planning menus.

Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, health, and safety legislation.

Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.

Handling customer enquiries and complaints.

About You:

Substantial (3+ years) senior leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant business

Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing high performing teams and promoting a positive work culture

Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience

Community minded

Proven capability to control costs and drive revenue

Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
