Alegre Bar & Dining is seeking for an experienced Restaurant Manager. Great opportunity to progress your career and working in a venue located at King Street Wharf close to all amenities. Sponsorship is available (if needed) for the right candidate. 

Duties:

For Restaurant Manager (not limited to):

· Supervise daily operation of the business

· Train, lead, motivate and develop your team to deliver the highest possible cafe standards

· Delivering a second to none customer experience

· Setting up floor and table for service and delegate section service to appropriate staff

· Monitoring and controlling COGS & Labour cost across the venue through efficient ordering, cost effective operation, budgeting, Rostering and sales forecasting along with the Restaurant Manager.

· Adhere to all Company Policies- Quality Customer service, Safe Food Handling, OH&S, Housekeeping

· Complete and maintain all delegated admin tasks, record keeping, stock control on a daily or weekly basis

· Order taking, customer service & till handling whenever needed.

Skills and Experience

At least 2-3 years’ experience in a role similar.

NSW RSA Certified

Ability to effectively manage all OH&S/WH&S requirements including restaurant cleanliness and staff/customer safety.

Ready to work in a fast pace environment.

Ability to work towards KPI's

Ability to excels under pressure and has a great attention to detail.
