Platinum Immigration, on behalf of Finlays Kalbarri in WA are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager on a full- time basis.

This is a full-time role offering a 38-hour working week with two days off every week.

We are after an experienced candidate who can demonstrate:

· Previous management experience in an restaurant / bistro
· Train, motivate, manage and lead by example an enthusiastic young service team
· Roster design
· Experience with bookings
· Plan, organise and coordinate a variety of functions and business events as required
· Be an excellent communicator to deal with frequent staff, customer and supplier
enquires
· Be able to collaborate with the Head Chef, report directly to the owners
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a Restaurant management role
· Computer literate
· Be completely hands on

Salary will be in the range of $76,000 - $90,000 plus super.

The successful applicant should have significant restaurant management experience, be able to deliver genuine hospitality, lead, teach and mentor the team.
