SMC Cronulla Pty Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
• Manage staff performance, training, and rostering
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Implement and maintain procedures for efficient restaurant operations
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

About you:
• Minimum of one year of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and staff management
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace health regulations

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum.
