Esteban Restaurant is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Manage staff rosters, recruitment, training, and performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary
• Maintain budgets and optimise profitability
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver high-quality service
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers

About you:
• Minimum of one year of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs
• Good understanding of food and beverage operations
• Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
