This is a fantastic opportunity for a manager passionate about fine dining, Italian cuisine, and exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and professional Restaurant Manager to lead our dedicated front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in fine dining and a passion for delivering warm, attentive, and memorable service.

Key Requirements

Full Australian working rights

Fluent English (written and spoken); Italian language skills desirable but not essential

1–3 years’ experience in fine dining or hatted restaurants (or hospitality qualifications)

Strong food and wine knowledge, particularly Italian cuisine and beverages

Experience with daily operational and financial reporting

Current NSW RSA Certificate

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Highly Regarded:

Experience with SevenRooms or similar reservation platforms

Experience with MobiPOS or other POS systems

Italian language skills a bonus

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver outstanding guest experiences

Oversee rostering, wage management, and staff performance

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Conduct staff training and regular shift briefings

Manage cost control and budgets

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including d’Albora Marina and Mosman Council

Competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000 + super
