Restaurant Manager – Budgewoi, NSW

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join the Sydney Restaurant Group, overseeing our restaurant and pub in Budgewoi, NSW. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the smooth and profitable running of daily operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and pub, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Provide strong leadership and guidance, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with financial reporting, stock control, and operational efficiency.
Complete daily banking and reconciliation for Lago, ensuring accuracy between POS, EFTPOS, and reporting systems, investigating discrepancies immediately.
Manage all cash handling processes in conjunction with the Hotel Manager.
Provide on-shift training and coaching to staff to build knowledge, increase sales, and minimise errors.
Conduct regular RSA/RCG compliance checks to ensure staff have valid certification.
Collaborate with the Hotel Manager on rostering and workforce planning.
Work with the management team to implement initiatives and continuously improve operations.

What we require:
- a relevant Diploma Qualification and/or 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
