On behalf of our client (Mcdonald's), we are advertising. As the Restaurant Manager drive outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness(QSC). Responsible for the overall profitability, sales, people development and operations of the restaurant, whilst ensuring every customer has a memorable McDonald’s experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Support the ROIP cycle including the implementation and execution of any action plans.
2. Utilise shift management evaluation tools to effectively identify QSC performance issues on management teams shifts.
3. Comply with all McDonald’s food safety minimums including the completion of daily and monthly food safety checklists.
4. Identify opportunities to coach employees on the correct food safety procedures.
5. Create a Macca’s Experience culture and exhibit the required behaviours for the delivery of exceptional customer experience.
6. Succession plan for long-term business success, and people development.
7. Actively seek out opportunities to coach and develop team.
8. Identify and take action to resolve performance opportunities and conduct performance reviews.
9. Hold regular manager meetings to ensure focused on restaurant goals, as well as providing business updates and recognising individual high performers.
10. Effectively create management schedules that adhere to the management rostering principles.
11. Responsible for achieving all people minimums to meet the requirements of the Enterprise Agreement
12. Conduct weekly department catch ups with each of my department managers.
13. Achieve restaurant profit and growth through the ongoing monitoring of budgets; developing strategies and plans to effectively and appropriately respond to trends.
14. Utilise restaurant metrics and reporting data to assess progress against goals and identify actions if required.
15. Understand local competitors and strategically create effective local store marketing plan.
16. Identify ways to connect and build relationships with the wider community to support the McDonald’s brand.

Australian equivalent Certificate III in a relevant field, and/or
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
