Bitton is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Supervise and support staff, including training and performance management
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service quality and consistency
• Manage staff rosters, budgets, and inventory levels
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Monitor sales and operational costs, and contribute to business improvement strategies
• Ensure the venue complies with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements

About you:
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a busy hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proven experience in handling budgets, rosters, and inventory
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
