About
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining the highest
standards across all aspects of the restaurant, including customer experience, team culture,
and financial performance.
-Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
-Delivering exceptional food and beverage service and maximising customer experience
-Menu planning and development in consultation with the Head Chef
-Responding efficiently and professionally to customer enquiries and feedback
-Staff rostering, wage costing, and labour cost control
-Leadership, staff supervision, recruitment, onboarding, and training
-Fostering effective communication between kitchen and front-of-house
-Managing and delivering events and group bookings
-Supplier ordering and maintaining control over inventory, stocktake and budgets
-Driving revenue while maintaining operational and financial targets
-Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
What we are looking for:
-Minimum two years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining environment
-Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management (or at least 3 years of
managerial experience in lieu of qualification)
-Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
-Confidence in managing rosters, staffing levels, and cost control
-Sound knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations
-Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
