Residential Build Coordinator (Perth Time Zone) I am the owner of a new residential building project at 448B Riverton Drive East, Riverton, Perth, WA, and I’m seeking a skilled freelancer to assist me directly with the administrative and coordination side of the build. Key Responsibilities Invoice Tracking & Reconciliation – Organise and reconcile invoices, ensuring payment claims align with actual construction progress. Document & Folder Management – Maintain a well-structured Google Drive folder for contracts, drawings, and correspondence. Stakeholder Coordination – Support me in working with the builder, the bank, and agreed tradies to keep workflows and payments on track. Progress Oversight – Cross-check builder payment requests against completed stages, flag discrepancies, and follow up where needed. Light Financial/Admin Support – Keep project records tidy and assist with documentation required for finance or compliance. Ideal Candidate Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with residential construction stages (admin/coordination level). Comfortable working directly for the project owner and liaising with multiple stakeholders. Familiar with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, PDFs). Ideally based in or near the UTC+8 time zone (Perth) for smooth communication.
