In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, client-focused proposals and budgets that showcase our capabilities in clinical research across the life sciences and healthcare sectors. As a key member of our team, you will have a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of regulatory compliance and a strategic mindset. You will also provide expert advice and support to our Business Development team, contributing to a smooth and effective pre-award process. On offer is a permanent full-time role, with the flexibility to work remotely. More Specifically, you will be responsible to: Research, write and organise information in a professional and credible manner. CRO budget development according to the scope requested by sponsors. Review products, services, and/or business ideas. Create strategies for convincing others to take appropriate action. Attend meetings and identifying opportunities for proposal writing. Prioritise responsibilities to meet deadlines. Editing and revising proposals according to feedback. Maintain consistency in proposal writing by following company policies. Track and document RFP statistics. Support project teams with Change order management Deliver presentations to the Leadership team. Update and maintain standard/frequently-used proposal responses in a proposal content library. Complete other writing assignments, related to marketing, business development and other in-house projects. We're interested in hearing from people who have: Demonstrated ability in developing and writing winning proposals, particularly within a clinical research or healthcare setting. Proven experience in strategic planning and messaging, with an ability to articulate value propositions and unique selling points effectively. Experience in managing complex projects, including budget development, timeline adherence, and cross-functional team coordination. Strong research skills and the ability to analyse and organise information in a professional and credible manner. Understanding of business development processes within a Contract Research Organisation (CRO) or similar environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating persuasive strategies to influence decision-making. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with various internal stakeholders, including executive boards, business development teams, and clinical research teams. Familiarity with grant guidelines, funding opportunities, and compliance issues relevant to the healthcare or research sector. Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to a variety of audiences, including executive-level stakeholders. Experience in maintaining and updating a proposal content library and other business-related documentation. Flexibility to adapt to evolving company needs and operational changes, with a proactive approach to role responsibilities. A degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
