Project Overview: We need a skilled report designer (Word and Excel) to update and redesign an existing Facilities Performance Report. The report contains executive summaries, performance data, tables, charts, and visual insights. Our goal is to transform it into a professional, executive-ready document that reflects the branding and design standards of a leading building automation systems company. The raw content is already prepared and structured .You will primarily focus on visual design, formatting, and layout improvements. Scope of Work: Apply consistent branding (logo, brand palette, fonts, borders). Logos and brand palette will be provided. Redesign cover page with project title, client name, confidentiality note, and modern layout. Format Table of Contents with professional styling. Enhance readability of tables: Convert summary tables to landscape orientation. Use conditional formatting/heatmaps for highlighting trends Zebra striping, clear column separation, highlight thresholds. Redesign charts and graphs: Overlay bar charts for energy sources. Line graphs with target overlays for temperature/humidity. Waterfall/stacked bar for phase imbalance. Icons and branded colors for quick scanning (temp, humidity, CO₂, GHG, etc.). One clean visual per half-page for clarity. Insert infographics where suggested (e.g., workflow diagram across branches, energy improvement icons). Use callout boxes and icons for critical issues (urgent, medium, low). The final report must be clear, visually engaging, and consistent across its 45 pages. Deliverables: A professionally formatted and branded Word file Consistent application of visual guidelines throughout. Requirements: Proven experience in corporate/consulting report design. Strong skills in Microsoft Word / PowerPoint / Adobe InDesign. Ability to create professional charts, infographics, and dashboards. Strong eye for detail, design consistency, and executive-level polish. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders (logos and brand assets will be provided). Bonus Skills: Familiarity with sustainability, energy, or building performance reporting. Prior experience with data visualization for technical/engineering reports. Timeline: We want the redesigned report delivered within 1 week of project start.
