You will work closely with fellow Leaders in such departments as Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden whilst reporting directly to your Operations and Complex Manager. You and your team of 30-35 Team Members located at our GI areas will be efficient, organized and be the go-to when it comes to stock and inventory control. This brand new role for a Replenishment Coordinator is now available as we look to develop greater strategies in our larger trading Bunnings Warehouses across Australia whilst getting product to floor in the safest most efficient and streamlined way possible thus allowing our on floor teams provide Best Experience by having our amazing product on shelves. On average your Bunnings store will receive 500 to 800 pallets per week! You will work closely with all leaders in store as well as your team to better understand GI process, compliance, credits and loss prevention whilst sharing your valuable incite across the region. In addition to the above your role will help drive Service and Operations within the Replenishment department by training and developing your team, providing Best Experience to our customers by monitoring stock levels and actioning discrepancies whilst exploring various data points through our in-depth reporting systems. You will be required to monitor and measure Team satisfaction, safety, speed to shelf and liaise with various teams in Merchandising, Store Leadership and H&S whilst also developing strong relationships with our internal and external logistics suppliers. You’ll need As a Coordinator for Bunnings, you will be a highly driven individual with strong leadership and influencing skills. Previous experience in leading teams with a focus on High volume Stock, Sales and Specialist products is preferred with the ability to develop teams and provide a healthy environment in which to work in. You must be able to wear many hats, influence multiple stakeholders and understand KPI’s and exceeding customer expectations. A personal interest in DIY/Trade is always a plus, however we will give you all the skills you’ll need and show you the ropes.
