We're a growing agency looking for a talented designer who can craft stunning, high-converting e-commerce sites, from initial concepts to final, pixel-perfect designs. During the application process you’ll be asked to share your portfolio, examples of websites you’ve designed, and demonstrate your proficiency in Figma. If you don’t have hands-on experience designing e-commerce websites and working with Figma, this role is not for you. What You’ll Do Design E-commerce Websites: Create user-friendly and visually compelling designs for e-commerce websites, with a focus on improving the customer journey and conversion rates. Work with Figma: Design all layouts and components in Figma, from wireframes and mockups to interactive prototypes, ensuring a seamless handover to our development team. Be a Brand Guardian: Translate client branding and style guides into cohesive, elegant, and effective web designs. Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with our project managers and developers to ensure designs are technically feasible, implemented correctly, and optimized for performance. In General: Demonstrate strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory. Create responsive designs that look and function perfectly across all devices. Be proactive, organized, and clear in your communication. Attention to detail is highly regarded.
