We are Sign Print Stitch, a leading regional Australian business specialising in signage, large format printing, promotional graphics, embroidery, and branded products. We are expanding our design team and seeking a skilled Remote Graphic Designer with strong experience in signage and print. This role is not just about creating artwork — it’s about collaborating directly with clients in real time, understanding their branding needs, and translating their ideas into professional, production-ready designs. You will work with clients in scheduled live online sessions (via Zoom or Google Meet), producing layouts, proofs, and mockups on the spot. After each session, you’ll refine the artwork as needed and prepare final files suitable for print, signage production, or embroidery setup. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with proven design experience in signage layouts, large format graphics, promotional items, and apparel branding. You must be confident in working face-to-face (online) with clients, able to listen carefully, make quick creative decisions, and deliver polished designs that are technically accurate for production. This is a long-term opportunity with potential to grow into a senior design or team leader position, training and mentoring future designers as our client-on-demand design system expands.
