I am looking for a skilled building architect to develop a complete architectural design for a Remote Area three-bedroom dwelling house. The project should include architectural drawings and detailed interior and exterior design concepts. Scope of Work: - Architectural drawings - 3D exterior design and realistic renderings – showing typical installation in remote area landscape of south pacific islands - Interior design for all spaces (living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom) Final files in PDF and DWG formats Project Details: Floor is about 0.9m above ground level. There is a small balcony at the entrance. Building dimension is about 7.3 x 9.5m. Ceiling height is 2.5m Pitch of roof is about 22.5 degree 3 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, open-plan living/dining area, kitchen, and small porch/balcony Design should maximize natural light and space efficiency Minimalist, or contemporary style preferred (open to suggestions). Must be economic to build and using lightweight structural components Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software Experience in remote area design projects Ability to provide high-quality 3D visualizations and detailed drawings Please include samples of similar work and your estimated delivery time.
