Minprovise is seeking an experienced and trade-qualified Remedial Specialist (Carpenter) to join our growing Projects team. This role is responsible for carrying out remedial carpentry and construction works across a range of projects, ensuring all repairs and rectifications are completed to a high standard and in accordance with safety, quality, and project requirements.
This is a hands-on role suited to a skilled Carpenter with experience in remedial works, defect rectification, and construction repairs within a site environment.

Key Responsibilities
Interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation to determine materials, dimensions, and installation methods.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other materials using hand and power tools.
Install, repair, and replace structural and non-structural building components including framing, formwork, cladding, doors, windows, and internal finishes.
Inspect and assess defective or damaged structures and materials and determine appropriate remedial solutions.
Carry out repairs, upgrades, reinstatement, and remediation works to restore structural integrity and functionality.
Construct and install concrete formwork where required.
Work with a variety of materials including timber, laminates, Perspex, metals, and specialty products.
Prepare work areas, tools, and materials to ensure safe and efficient completion of tasks.
Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and team members to ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements, site procedures, and company policies.
