About the Role:
L&J Soul Chinese Massage Therapy is a leading provider of therapeutic and restorative massage services in Bairnsdale. We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Remedial Massage Therapist to join our professional team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner who is passionate about clinical assessment and delivering tailored treatment plans to improve client health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed clinical assessments of clients’ musculoskeletal conditions, including range of motion (ROM) and postural analysis.
• Develop and implement individualized remedial treatment plans based on patient needs and therapeutic goals.
• Perform advanced remedial massage techniques, including Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release.
• Administer clinical cupping and other manual therapy techniques to alleviate chronic pain and soft tissue injuries.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records and treatment notes.
• Provide expert advice on injury prevention, stretching, and ergonomic improvements.

Skills and Experience Required:
• Qualification: Diploma of Remedial Massage or an equivalent high-level qualification is essential.
• Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar clinical or remedial role.
• Skills: Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology; proficiency in clinical assessment and various remedial techniques.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Compliance: Ability to maintain professional standards and ethics in a clinical environment.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position requiring availability from Monday to Friday (Morning and Afternoon shifts).
