We’re an Australian team building real systems not side projects. We’ve already done the hard work: knowledge bases, workflows, prompts, logic. Now we need a sharp mind to help us integrate Relevance AI properly at scale, across multiple live projects. This isn’t a “build me a bot and disappear” type of job. We’re looking for someone who wants to partner in execution, help us automate smarter, and keep improving what we’ve already started. If you’re good, this turns into months (not weeks) of consistent work.We’ve got three more projects in the pipeline, and we’re happy to set clear milestones and scopes so it’s fair for both sides. What You’ll Be Working On: • Deep integration with Relevance AI, embedding workflows across live brand environments • Helping structure + connect existing knowledge bases, product logic, and user-facing AI tools • Creating clean, scalable automation between Shopify / Notion / Slack / n8n / Relevance AI • Improving prompt logic, retrieval, and output quality with context memory and vector handling • Working directly with the founder, fast decisions, no committees Who You Are: • Experienced with Relevance AI, LangChain, or LlamaIndex (serious bonus if you’ve deployed to production) • Can read existing logic and make it smarter, not just prettier • Comfortable integrating APIs and automating multi-step workflows • Calm, honest, and quick, no drama, no disappearing acts • You actually like building things that matter (not just demo bots) Why Work With Us: We’re already doing things most startups talk about.
