Join a passionate team delivering life-changing psychosocial support through the Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative (HASI). About this opportunity As a Rehabilitation and Recovery Support Worker, you will provide practical, hands-on support to people aged 16+ living with mental health challenges. Your work will help participants develop self-management skills, achieve personal goals and actively engage in their communities. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Peer Workers and Social and Emotional Wellbeing Workers, collaborating to ensure participants get the right support at the right time. Deliver one-on-one, community-based support tailored to individual recovery needs Help participants build daily living skills, confidence, and independence Work closely with a collaborative team and external services to coordinate care You’ll bring a contemporary understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to recovery-oriented practice. With a willingness to reflect, learn and grow, you’ll continuously develop your skills through supervision, training, feedback, and hands-on experience. You’ll also need to be comfortable using your own smartphone (iPhone or Android) to support communication.
