About the team: A role in the newly formed Regulatory Engagement team to support the General Manager, Regulatory Engagement and the entire Regulatory Engagement team. The Regulatory Engagement team at ASX is responsible for managing and maintaining effective relationships with regulatory bodies, including ASIC and the RBA. This team ensures ASX’s compliance with regulatory obligations by supporting and briefing internal stakeholders for regular, scheduled meetings between regulatory bodies and ASX stakeholders as well as responding to regulatory enquiries in a timely manner. The team also plays a key role in monitoring and communicating regulatory developments to internal stakeholders and contributing to key internal discussions to ensure the ASX’s operations align with evolving regulatory expectations. What you will be doing: Provide support to the entire Regulatory Engagement Team, including assisting with: Managing and administering the Regulatory Engagement mailbox Entering regulatory interactions into ASX’s risk management system Coordinating all meeting logistics to ensure meetings between regulators and internal stakeholders are run efficiently, including liaising with Executive Assistants Managing and updating team regulatory calendars Assisting the team with team management, work in progress management and administration Assisting with the updating of regulatory agendas, and agendas and documentation for team meetings Maintaining files in an accurate and efficient manner General office support for the entire regulatory engagement team. What you will bring: Must have At least 4 years' prior experience in an administrative role (preferably in a legal or company secretariat team) Experience managing calendars and logistics for executives or directors (preferably experience in supporting Board and committee calendars) Nice to have: Experience working with Diligent Board Paper application and document management systems Experience as a legal secretary/or as an administrator in a financial services business Experience with document management systems We make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities and experience, and how you’ll help us to live our values.
