ICBM SERVICES PTY LTD, is looking for experienced Registered Nurse for our client hospitals, aged cares, and Disability services across the NSW, WA Australia. On a full-time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team.

Title: Registered Nurse, Full- time position
Salary: A$ 85,000.00 to 95,000.00 plus super
Experience Required: Registered Nurse (RN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with at least two years post graduate experience.

Work Location: In person.

We are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following:

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of Australian healthcare regulations and standards
• Clinical experience working in a general medical setting.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to establish priorities.

Responsibility:

• Provide comprehensive and accurate health assessments for patients.
• Create patient care plans in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
• Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Providing leadership, supervision and coaching to the Enrolled Nurses and nursing assistants
• Advising patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions
