I am currently partnering with a leading aged care provider to source a dedicated Registered Nurse for a close-knit, 19-bed aged care home in Kandos.

• High Base Salary: Offering $92,000+ per year (Hourly rates between $48.67 – $60.55 depending on experience).

What you will be doing

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will take on a leadership role within this intimate 19-bed setting. Your focus will be on clinical excellence and advocacy.

• Clinical Leadership: Deliver high-quality nursing care and provide guidance to the wider care team.
• Person-Centred Care: Champion the unique goals and preferences of every resident—something that is truly achievable in a home of this size.
• Holistic Approach: Work within a multi-disciplinary team to manage clinical risk and drive continuous quality improvement.

About you:

To be successful, you must meet the following criteria:

• Experience (Essential): Minimum of 2 year of current onshore (Australian) aged care experience. Please note: We cannot proceed with applicants who do not have this specific local experience.
• Registration: Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Working Rights: Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or experienced candidates requiring onshore sponsorship.
• Skills: The ability to work independently, make sound clinical decisions, and coordinate care effectively.
