About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (ANZSCO 254412) to provide high-quality clinical care within our aged-care facility. The RN will support residents with acute and chronic health needs, lead clinical decision-making, and contribute to our multidisciplinary care environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver person-centred nursing care for residents with complex and varying healthcare needs
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes
• Administer medications safely in accordance with policies and regulatory standards
• Monitor residents’ condition, recognise clinical deterioration and initiate escalation
• Lead and delegate tasks to Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Workers
• Maintain documentation in Leecare and ensure accuracy for accreditation
• Support infection prevention and control, wound care, falls prevention and chronic disease management
• Provide leadership during shifts, including after-hours supervision when required
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff and healthcare partners

Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor of Nursing (or recognised equivalent)
• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain registration)
• Demonstrated clinical experience, preferably in aged care or acute care
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with electronic care systems (Leecare preferred)
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance principles
