About You: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Qualifications recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework. NDIS Workers Check, or willingness to obtain. Previous experience in aged care or similar healthcare settings (desirable). Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs. A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
