About the Role: As a Registered Nurse at Anglicare Sydney, you will play a crucial role in enriching the lives of our residents by promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. About You: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse. Qualifications recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework. NDIS Workers Check, or willingness to obtain. Previous experience in aged care or similar healthcare settings (desirable). Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs. A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence. Alignment with Anglicare’s Christian ethos and values. Provide emotional support and build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations Lead and mentor care staff to promote best practices in aged care Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and staff What to expect when you apply: If you are a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding role in aged care, we’d love to hear from you.
