  • The Opportunity
  • Our Kiteleys business is looking for a Regional Manager to join the Kiteleys Leadership Team based in Minchinbury, NSW. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.
  • As the Regional Manager take the lead on creating safe, consistent and effective operations while nurturing a supportive, high-performing team culture.
  • This role also involves contributing to strategic growth - monitoring market activity, identifying local sales opportunities and working to strengthen our regional presence. Additionally, you and your team will collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies that will deliver operational excellence via efficient and compliant supply and installation of Colorbond product. With your strong leadership skills, you will ensure that our team consistently delivers exceptional service and maintains our reputation as a trusted provider of steel roofing solutions.
  • Based in Minchinbury with regular Sydney - metro visits to sites and customers (local travel only) and flexible start/finish times.   • What Will You Do?

In this role you will

  • lead safety, people & culture: cultivate an inclusive, accountable team and champion a strong safety and compliance mindset
  • drive regional growth: take initiative to lead change and develop opportunities across the region - building trusted customer/partner relationships and representing our operational capability in partnership with the General Manager
  • handle escalations: manage escalated enquiries and attend site visits where needed
  • elevate delivery quality: help ensure installations are safe, compliant and consistent across the team and subcontractor network
  • partner across the business: collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional sites to share knowledge and drive improvement
  • More About You

You will bring

  • experience in a leadership or supervisory role: ideally in operations, construction, manufacturing or field services - coaching teams and lifting safety, quality and delivery
  • strong understanding of safety practices: with a demonstrated commitment to creating safe work environments
  • experience in roofing, holding relevant licences, is desirable but not compulsory: we’ll support you to build technical context
  • work Cover induction card: preferred but not essential - support can be provided if needed
