About the role
We are seeking individuals that have excellent customer service skills, who are confident in communication and are effective providing customer and office support in a supportive environment.
The successful candidates will be required to have the following attributes:
- Providing timely and effective support services to customers and as part of the team.
- Excellent oral communication skills, including the ability to empathise and negotiate with a diverse range of callers under varying conditions.
- Sound written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Follow systems, policies and procedures to support the business and contribution for continuous improvement.
- Experience in the complete Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of records management.
- Experience in organising meetings, recording minutes, arranging itineraries, travel and accommodation as well as diary management.
- Experience in developing and implementing administrative procedures.
- Ability to provide executive support.
