About

About Spinify Spinify is the #1 sales gamification platform on G2. We motivate sales teams with competitions, goals, rewards, and coaching. We’re redesigning the internal MySpinify web app navigation to make it cleaner, scalable, and aligned with SaaS best practices. The Challenge Our current menu mixes Product features (Dashboard, Competitions, Goals, Coaching, Rewards, Reporting) with Admin/Settings (Users, Teams, Apps, Branding, Billing). It’s confusing, items aren’t grouped logically, and this slows down user adoption and trial success. We need an expert to decide what belongs where, group related items, and create a best-practice SaaS navigation structure — while also identifying gaps or missing screens that should exist but don’t. 👉 This is critical: research shows that logical grouping and a complete, gap-free IA reduces cognitive load, prevents user frustration, and directly increases adoption and conversion from trial to paid. (NN/g on navigation design , BrowserStack on IA , Ambibuzz on UX gaps ) Scope of Work Audit current menu (screenshots + live access provided). Redesign structure by: -Separating Product vs Settings/Admin -Grouping related items logically for clarity -Identifying missing/gap screens needed for a consistent user flow -Re-labeling items for scalability and best practice -Designing role-based views (Admin, Manager, End User) -Ensuring responsive design for desktop + mobile Deliverables (hourly collaboration): -Google Sheet: “Before → After” grouping + missing screens table -Figma sitemap + clickable prototype (optional but preferred) -Role-based menu versions -Implementation notes for React (routing, breadcrumbs, empty states) -Rollout recommendations (migration, analytics, KPIs) ➡️ We will provide onboarding, detailed background context, and access to MySpinify so you can work directly in the live environment.
