With our business on the rise, we’re excited to bring a new Resourcer on board. Requirements: • Experience interviewing Western candidates (Australia preferred) OR strong telemarketing experience with Australian customers • Open to transitioning to full-time later • Hardworking, goal-oriented, and accountable • Excellent rapport builder – confident, engaging, and someone people want to talk to • Motivated by commissions, not just base salary – you back yourself to succeed and earn • Available Mondays to Thursdays (4pm–8pm) and Fridays (2pm–6pm) Duties: • Interviewing new candidates • Introducing roles to existing and new candidates • Arranging interviews between candidates and clients • Conducting reference checks • Keeping our CRM updated • (Later) Learning and supporting with admin tasks • Earning great bonuses.
