Associate Partner – Management Consulting Recruitment
(Non-Manager Role)
We’re looking for an Associate Partner to join our boutique recruitment firm, specialising in placing exceptional talent into the Management Consulting space. This is a senior role for someone who loves recruitment at its sharpest edge – building deep client relationships, winning business, and delivering top-tier talent.
You’ll already have at least 10 years’ experience recruiting at a senior level into Management Consulting and will be confident navigating this highly skilled market.
### What success looks like:
Personal billings: Maintain individual billings
Client ownership. Act as account manager for clients in your portfolio – meet hiring managers regularly and make sure they know our value.
Market strategy: Map out target clients, build a strategy, and execute it.
Business development: Stay proactive with consistent client touchpoin
New business wins: Bring in new client companies for yourself and the wider business.
Cross-selling: Spot opportunities to connect clients with our other services – Contracting, Consulting, Permanent.
Mentorship: Share your expertise with junior team members in your areas of strength.
Role ownership: Secure at least 50% of your own roles.
Activity consistency Keep your activity aligned with financial goals – quality and consistency both matter.
Collaboration: Live by our Culture of Collaboration – share leads, insights, and opportunities with colleagues.
Brand presence: Maintain a LinkedIn strategy with consistent posting, meaningful interactions.
Values-driven: Uphold our company values, always acting with integrity.
This role is **not a people manager position** – it’s for someone who thrives as a hands-on senior biller, enjoys running their own desk, and wants the autonomy to build a high-performing practice while being part of a collaborative team.
