We have offices across Australia with vacancies available in:
• Perth
• Sydney
• Brisbane
• Adelaide
• Melbourne

Responsibilities include:
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Onboarding of all new hires
• Developing and executing strategies to attract top talent to your candidate pipeline and for clients
• Developing and strengthen relationships with clients through hiring managers
• Cultivate a pipeline of strong candidates for your field of specific focus/ in-line with business priorities
• Staying across relevant industry trends to ensure clients benefit from associated insights.

What You’ll Bring:

?? Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
?? Strong account management and lead generation skills
?? A background in 360 Recruitment within an agency setting
?? A track record of exceeding targets and delivering results
?? Outstanding candidate and client relationship skills
?? A positive, energetic, and resilient approach
