Im the owner of boutique agency servicing the NFP sector, Australia wide but mainly on the East Coast. I’m looking for a Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator. Part or Full time, flexible hours on an ongoing long term basis. You’ll be screening resumes, talking to candidates, booking people into my diary, formatting resumes, managing LinkedIn posts, blogs and articles, using Canva, organising interviews. Communication is key as you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates. You’ll need to be very comfortable on the phone, screening candidates and interviewing via Teams. All of my jobs are white collar, non technical, office based roles. There is also admin with formatting resumes, managing my diary and managing the outreach and responses to potential clients on linked. You must be able to work Australia, east coast hours. Ideally I’m looking for someone in a long term basis.
