Job Title: RecruitCRM Setup Specialist (Fixed-Price Project) Job Overview We’re looking for a hands-on specialist to help us configure RecruitCRM. We already have RecruitCRM’s onboarding plan and will provide exact pipeline stages, field requirements, and email templates. This is a straightforward setup project — no big consulting or process redesign, just getting everything configured so we can hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities Configure ATS pipelines (stages provided) Create and organize custom fields & job statuses Set up candidate update forms & Chrome Extension fields Add email templates & stage-based triggers Configure CRM (Sales) pipeline & sequences Implement client submission flows & job application form Set up basic reporting dashboards Provide short documentation and a recorded handover (or 1–2 hours of training) Qualifications Proven experience with RecruitCRM or similar ATS/CRM platforms Strong understanding of recruitment workflows Attention to detail in field/pipeline configuration Ability to deliver clear documentation & basic training Budget & Timeline Fixed price project, $500 or less Expected completion: 1–2 weeks
