• As our Front of House & Team Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Sydney office – the first friendly face people see when they arrive, and the go-to support for our leadership and wider team. You’ll combine your natural warmth, sharp organisational skills, and proactive attitude to keep our workplace buzzing and running seamlessly behind the scenes.

What you’ll do

• Greet visitors and set the tone with a professional, positive first impression
• Coordinate diaries and provide expense support to our Group Leadership Team
• Keep meeting rooms, reception, and office spaces looking and feeling their best
• Manage mail, couriers, and office supplies
• Support onboarding, office events, and team celebrations
• Work closely with Facilities and IT to solve problems quickly and smoothly
