The Perks
Rate: $39 per hour + Super.
Contract: 2-month initial contract with strong potential to extend.

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1:00 PM lunch break).

The Role
You will ensure the office runs like clockwork. This role is a blend of administrative precision and top-tier hospitality for clients visiting the firm.
Morning & Opening Duties:
Execute standard opening procedures and ensure the office is "client-ready."
Manage voicemails and scan/distribute physical mail to the team.
Maintain the kitchen and comms room stock; prep boardrooms for meetings.
Daily Operations & Client Service:
The Face of the Firm: Greet clients warmly and manage incoming calls.
Hospitality: Prepare and serve tea and coffee for client meetings.
Admin Excellence: Handle printing/binding of documents and maintain call logs.
Support: Provide coverage for calls during specific team training blocks.
Afternoon & Closing Duties:
Complete the daily mail run and drop-offs by 3:45 PM.
Execute standard closing and securing procedures at 5:00 PM.
What You’ll Need
Availability: Ready to start immediately immediately.
Integrity: Due to the regulated nature of financial advice, a Police & Background check is required.
