The position is full time, suited to reception/office support role in a small office environment working within the Accounting Profession.
DUTIES.

Answering of incoming phone calls and emails.
Effective daily liaison with clients,staff, etc. to ensure queries are dealt with and requests resolved in a timely manner.

Using XERO/ MYOB for invoicing etc

Assisting with varied other adhoc office
Taking care of the office in general, ordering of stationary, , kitchen cleanliness, supply ordering, ensuring bins are emptied, etc.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Ideally the successful candidate may have proven experience in an office environment previously and a background in the Trades or Construction Industry would be an advantage but is not essential. As we are asking for a Junior we are also willing to teach the right candidate.

Good phone manner and be able to communicate clearly.
Good work ethic, be punctual and have a positive can do attitude.
Have a flexible approach to getting the job done and in a timely manner.
Have the ability to multi task and willingness to adapt and learn.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction when required, in addition, collaboratively & cohesively in a team environment.
A good level of spelling & punctutation.
A good level of computer literacy. (Microsoft Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs an advantage).

Due to the nature of the job, the office environment and working in a small business you must be flexible, and able to adapt to requests of varied office duties as the need arise and as you become more advanced.
