Do you love transforming raw footage into cinematic, high-impact videos that turn heads — and sell homes? At Desire Media, we create bold, story-driven real estate content that stands out. We're looking for a Creative Senior Video Editor who can take raw property footage and turn it into scroll-stopping content that showcases homes in their best light. We’re based in Australia, but this role is 100% remote, open to Philippine-based editors only. It starts as a project-based freelance role, with potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person. 🎬 What You’ll Be Editing You'll work on a variety of premium real estate content, including: Cinematic property tours Agent profiles and personal branding content Social media reels and short-form edits High-end marketing campaigns, commercials, and branded content Occasional internal video content for the Desire Media brand ✂️ What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of professional video editing experience Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Strong skills in colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and titling Creative eye for pacing, storytelling, and clean, professional edits, and speed ramping Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines Access to fast, reliable internet, a high-performance workstation with sufficient storage capacity, and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
