Due to consistent growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales and Marketing Assistant to join the team. You will be part of the driving force that keeps this top performing team's day in order. This role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. Responsibilities include: Sales Support: • Agent Assistance: Supporting sales agents with listing paperwork, compliance requirements, and client follow-ups. • Open for Inspections: Coordinating schedules, preparing materials. • Database Management: Maintaining CRM systems, updating buyer and vendor information, and ensuring leads are properly tracked. • Contracts and Documentation: Preparing contracts of sale, Section 32 vendor statements (liaising with solicitors/conveyancers), and ensuring all legal documents comply with Victorian legislation. Marketing Responsibilities: • Property Marketing Campaigns: Coordinating photography, videography, floor plans, and copywriting for new listings. • Advertising Management: Booking and managing online ads (e.g., realestate.com.au, Domain) and print campaigns. • Social Media & Branding: Creating and scheduling posts to promote listings and the agency brand on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. • Signboards & Brochures: Organising installation of property signboards, printing flyers, and window displays. Client & Office Coordination: • Client Liaison: Acting as a point of contact for vendors and buyers regarding campaign updates and inquiries. • Reporting: Preparing weekly vendor reports, marketing performance summaries, and sales activity updates. - Previous experience in the Victorian or Australian Real Estate industry will be looked highly upon. - Experience with MRI Box+Dice or a similar CRM will be looked highly upon.
