I’m looking for a highly skilled presentation designer who loves real estate and takes pride in creating investor-facing decks that sell the story behind a project. This is not a simple “PowerPoint job.” I want someone who can take raw data, financials, images, and notes - and turn them into world-class presentations that developers, investors, and capital partners will actually read and act on. Ideal Candidate: - Strong design skills with real-world experience in real estate (residential, commercial, development, or investment) - Attention to detail is non-negotiable - formatting, alignment, and data accuracy must be flawless - Can think like an investor: understands how to present information that builds trust and excitement - Self-starter - can take a project from messy folder to finished presentation with minimal hand-holding - Bonus points if you’re passionate about emerging markets, property development, or capital raising. What to Include in Your Proposal: - Examples of investor decks or real estate presentations you’ve created - A brief explanation of your experience or interest in real estate (if any) - (Optional) Examples of 3D renders or property visuals you’ve worked on This will start as project-by-project work, with the potential to become an ongoing relationship for the right person.
