Are you ambitious, people-focused, and hungry to build a career in property? We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to support a high-performing agent and learn the ropes in one of Sydney’s most competitive markets.

This is a hands-on role with real mentoring, real listings, and real growth.
About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll work closely with a lead agent across residential sales, gaining end-to-end exposure to the sales process. No two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with property listings, marketing campaigns, and open homes

Buyer and vendor follow-ups

Database management and prospecting

Preparing contracts, reports, and sales documentation

Attending appraisals, auctions, and negotiations

General sales and administrative support

About You

You’re driven, organised, and genuinely enjoy working with people.

You’ll ideally have:

A current NSW Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A professional presentation and positive attitude

Excellent time management and attention to detail

A valid driver’s licence and reliable car

A strong work ethic and desire to succeed in real estate

Previous real estate experience is an advantage but not essential — training and mentorship are provided.
