This isn't your average 9-to-5. We're a dynamic team at the heart of the automotive industry, and we need someone who is ready to jump in and get their hands dirty. You'll be the go-to person for diagnosing and repairing all types of radiator issues, from minor fixes to full-scale rebuilds.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical
• Experience or Trade Qualification: You'll need prior experience in a similar role or a relevant trade qualification.
• Welding Expertise: You must be proficient with TIG and MIG welding, with experience working with both aluminium and steel. Soldering experience is a bonus!
• Tool Savvy: You'll be comfortable and skilled in using a range of powered tools, including grinders.
• Licensing: A valid vehicle license is a must, and a High Risk Forklift license is highly preferred.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to think on your feet, diagnose complex problems, and find innovative solutions is essential.
• Hands-On Operation: You’ll be a master of your tools, from grinders and spray painting equipment to a wide range of other tools and machinery.
• Radiator Expertise: Dive into the heart of the matter with radiator maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and bolt-up.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Take the lead by providing direction and supervision, including appropriate inspections, for other workers in your area. You'll also train fellow workers as and when required, sharing your knowledge and skills.
• Attention to Detail: From stripping, washing, and testing radiators and cooling components to the meticulous prep of radiator tubes before installation, your keen eye for detail will be essential.
• Manual & Mechanical Skills: You will be proficient in manual handling and confident in the use of overhead cranes.
• Finishing Touches: If required, you'll prepare and paint customer equipment to perfection.
• Safety First: You'll be a champion of a clean and safe work environment, undertaking appropriate housekeeping duties to ensure smooth and secure operations.
