Project Summary I need an Australian-qualified litigation solicitor (preferably QLD-admitted) to act urgently. I was a management shareholder in BOSSCAP Group Pty Ltd under a loan-funded plan. I have a signed Good Leaver confirmation from the Managing Director, but I have been removed from the ASIC register without notice. The company recently completed a capital raise at ~$60m valuation. I never signed transfer documents — they appear to have used a Power of Attorney under the plan without issuing a Transfer Notice or FMV valuation. I need urgent advice and filings for: Rectification of the members register (s175 Corporations Act); Oppression relief (s232/233) including buy-out at fair market value; Injunctions to prevent further prejudice; ASIC complaint drafting (false or misleading lodgements).
