About the Role

  • The QA Analyst will ensure the quality and reliability of our software through rigorous testing, analysis, and execution. Working closely with development and product teams, this role is responsible for defining and implementing test strategies that guarantee features meet design specifications and deliver a superior user experience. We seek a highly organized candidate with meticulous attention to detail and a practical passion for identifying and solving complex problems efficiently.
  • What does a day in the life look like?
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated) based on product requirements and design specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain test data
  • Identify, document, and track defects (bugs) using a bug tracking system (e.g. Jira)
  • Verify that resolved issues are properly implemented and do not introduce new regressions.
  • Collaborate with software developers to understand the technical architecture and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and automation framework.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide regular status reports on testing progress, defect metrics, and overall product quality.
  • About You
  • Essential experience & skills
  • 3+ years in professional QA, with a strong grasp of SDLC/STLC (Agile/Scrum).
  • Proven experience testing complex digital products and high-traffic e-commerce workflows (e.g., checkout, inventory).
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience ensuring compliance.
  • Familiarity with the ticketing/entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP, Postman) and writing SQL queries for data validation.
  • Practical experience in mobile QA (native iOS/Android, cross-device/network testing) and working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with test automation implementation, utilizing tools like Playwright/Selenium (UI), JMeter (Load), and scripting in Python and/or JavaScript
